Pickle Bitez Social Club, operated by Pickle Bitez Social Club, BGST Prime Building, 3rd Floor, 8 Cowrie, Parañaque City, 1700 Metro Manila, Philippines ("the Facility")
By booking or using the Facility, I ("the Participant") agree to the following terms. If I am booking for others, I confirm each of them has read and accepted these terms.
I understand that pickleball is a physical activity involving quick movement, sudden stops, and flying balls and paddles. Risks include, but are not limited to:
I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, arising from my use of the Facility.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, I release and hold harmless Pickle Bitez Social Club, its owners, partners, employees, and agents from any claim for injury, illness, death, or loss arising from my use of the Facility, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I agree to be responsible for, and to compensate the Facility for, any damage to the courts, nets, lighting, or other property caused by me or my guests through misuse or negligence, and for any claims by third parties arising from my own conduct.
I confirm I am in adequate physical condition to play. I will stop playing and inform staff if I feel unwell. I authorize Facility staff to arrange first aid or emergency medical help on my behalf, at my own cost.
I agree to follow the posted Court Rules and staff instructions, including:
Participants under 18 must have this waiver accepted by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf. Children under [12] must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The Facility is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including items left in lockers or vehicles.
The Facility may take photos or videos in public areas for marketing. If I do not wish to appear, I will tell staff before play.
I consent to the Facility collecting my name, contact details, and booking history to manage bookings, send booking notices, and keep a record of this waiver, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). My data will not be sold. I may request access to or correction of my data at picklebitez@gmail.com.
This waiver is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This waiver applies to every visit unless replaced by a newer version, which I will be asked to accept again.
By ticking the box at booking, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, that I am signing it voluntarily, and that I am 18 or older (or am the parent or guardian of the minor I am booking for).

Bookings are confirmed only after our team verifies your payment. Bookings not paid and confirmed within 2 hours are cancelled automatically.
Your slot is held while we verify your payment. Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
